My niece, Amanda, got married to this guy on Monday Oct. 2, 2017 on top of Brasstown Bald. This is Georgia's highest mountain at an elevation of 4784 feet above sea level. Congrats to the happy couple!

Recently, our Supreme Court made it law that gay couples can legally get married in all fifty states. This once again is usurping the rights of the states by our federal government. Next, an insane person goes in a black church and kills nine people after sitting through the service with them and because someone saw him with a Confederate battle flag on the internet we are seeing the systematic destruction of an entire culture and heritage that was also based on state's rights. , greetings in the name of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. I pray that everyone made it home safe and sound from Gettysburg. For me it was a wonderful experience. Not only did I get to participate with my comrades in arms I got to see some sites that I have never been to before. These included Harpers Ferry, Winchester, Kernstown, Cedar Creek, Cross Keys, and Port Republic where the Jackson campaign ended in 1862. I also found the site where the great General of Jackson’s Calvary, Turner Ashby, fell after his horse was shot out from under him leading the rear guard. May he rest in peace. The one disappointment that I had was due to schedule changes. I was not able to deliver my sermon. Fortunately, Chicago Dave asked me to read a scripture to him and a few others which opened the door to expound on the truth in God’s Word. As for the ...
